GTD GmbH is becoming Celeres. Our new name marks the beginning of a new chapter while preserving what our customers and partners have come to rely on: our people, our expertise, and our commitment to delivering reliable solutions for demanding and critical systems.
The name change follows a new shareholder structure. Since August 2026, Latour has been the majority shareholder of the Space & Security business, while GTD remains involved as a minority shareholder. As the business becomes independent from the GTD Group, it is also gaining its own identity: Celeres.
What changes for our customers and partners?
Very little in our day-to-day collaboration.
Our team, office and contacts remain unchanged. Our customers will continue working with the same people and benefit from the same expertise and experience as before.
The most visible changes will be our new name, logo, email addresses and website. Our new international website at celeres.com launches alongside the new brand, while existing websites and email addresses will remain available during the transition.
A new identity built around reliability
Our new logo represents a keystone – the element that holds an arch together, often working almost unnoticed while being essential to the stability of the entire structure.
It reflects what Celeres stands for: reliability. Many of the systems we develop operate in the background, but they need to perform reliably when it matters most.
With Celeres, we are creating a shared international identity and opening a new chapter in our development.
